Perfect Location

We were so pleased to stay at this beautiful property. It was well appointed and very clean. My husband and I brought our two teenage boys and a few of their friends. Plenty of space for everyone. Having the teens it was a godsend having three showers! Location was perfect. Quick walk to Wildwood Crest beaches and the teenagers could jump right on the boardwalk. Lots of restaurant and bakery options within walking distance. We would definitely love to come back Summer 2024.

The house was beautiful! Very spacious. The backyard was very serene. The location was excellent, nice to park & walk where ever we need to goOnly complaints were the thermostat was programmed to go to 78 at 6a, 3p, 8p making it very difficult to maintain a cool house. Second complaint was sub par cleaning of the bathrooms. Toilets & showers were filthy. Highly recommend getting a new cleaning service

Great house perfect location just neeeds a few upgrade

The place is beautiful and has everything to make your vacation nice. These are are a few Updates that should be considered; Wi-Fi only works in living room. No service in bedrooms or in master where the tv is.couldn’t watch movie with grandkids. Maybe a stronger router or booster Recycling bin way too small. Didn’t know what to do with a thr overflowed recycling. Another bin is needs Master bed sheets always felt wet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year renting this property. We love the location and the layout of the house is great! A few differences from last year were, however, disappointing. The house wasn’t as clean as last year. Also this year the thermostat was at 78 degrees and we were told not to touch it. This setting is not comfortable. A setting of 73/74 would be much better. The garage door opener needed a new battery and the realtor replaced it in a timely manner which was much appreciated. If the owners get a better cleaning service and adjust the thermostat, we would rent this house again.

Townhome is big enough for many adults and the yard is great for kids to play in.

Kitchen equipment was slightly lacking and as was overall warmth of the home. Many rooms are completely bare of pictures and anything that would make it feel more homey. Family room sofa is pretty horrendous as it is covered over and the cover is in need of replacement. I cannot say enough good things about the Powers group. They are unbelievably responsive and supply answers to any questions you could possibly have. I would definitely rent from them again. We very much enjoyed our stay!

There were beach chairs, beach cart, bikes and boogie boards - all in great shape. It’s convenient to the beach, boardwalk, bakery, ice cream and other fun places.We would visit again.
