Perfect Staycation couple getaway

Super clean, they had people cleaning all throughout the day all over the hotel. Inside and out . Very cute hotel and I loved the location . The shuttle was great (Sean the driver , 5 stars) Drew the manager came in clutch for recommendations where to eat . Trendy vibes he said by looking at our outfits and he didn't disappoint. Beach creek and mudhen . They were great spots to go. Two mile landing also great spot(crab legs yum) They should have these menus or brochures in the rooms though just incase someone isn't available to recommend . The bed was not that comfy and the pull out was worse . But glad we didn't spend much time sleeping . :) I realize wildwood resorts are family friendly , but the biggest complaint I have was the kids in the pool and hot tub. Mostly the parents not paying attention and letting them think its a free for all. I watched the poor towel /cabana girl get up a gazillion times to tell the kids to get out of the hot tub. The do not have a lifeguard so parents should be watching their kids. The kids just kept going back to the hot tub , then running and jumping in the pool. This could be a lawsuit waiting to happen if a kid busts his/her head open . The resort allows you to bring adult bevvies in the hotel/ & pool area just no glass. I found this very convenient. The food at the from the Rose and Vinyl were also really good and great options for non alcoholic beverages for my husband . Also make sure you rent bikes across the street :)

The hotel decor is adorable, very friendly staff, and everything was extremely clean. Pool area and outdoor sitting areas were absolutely perfect. So comfortable and a very relaxing atmosphere. Also the staff on the beach helping with chairs and umbrellas were wonderful. We can’t wait to plan another “friends’ getaway” for next year.

The resort is located directly at the beach. Room was large and bed very comfortable. Weather was not ideal for swimming although loved the pool area. Staff very friendly and helpful. We did not eat at the resort but loved that there was a restaurant if we wanted to eat there.

AMAZING !

AMAZING!! We love to travel and I must say The Madison was one of my favorite resorts! Other than a slow elevator everything was AMAZING! Check in was easy, the resort was spotless and Beautiful! The rooms were specious, beautifully decorated and well thought out.(We stayed in the Ocean Tower) We loved the free area shuttles, Shaun and Jake were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The pool side snack bar was perfect to grab a quick bite while relaxing at the pool. Breakfast in the restaurant was easy and delicious. I had the blueberry lemon curd skillet. Yum! But by far our favorite amenity was the beach chair and umbrella service. We loved not having to drag all of our stuff to the beach. We give the resort and the staff a 10 out of 10! Can’t wait to visit again. Oh and there’s also a secret roof top deck if you want a nice quiet place to relax.

Amazing trip

Great stay. Perfect room. Only thing wish there was more space for clothes and our outlets didn’t work/barely had outlets. The fridge was on and off working but maintenance was attentive if we called. But otherwise everything was amazing ESP the staff who does valet and the shuttles. They really make you feel at home and warm. They’re so great. The pool as awesome and always so clean. The fire pits were so amazing at night. The beach and the staff helping down there great. loved our stay.

Pictures show only the ocean tower which is much nicer and updated than the royal tower. The royal tower rooms are bigger but a little outdated even with the reconstruction. Would definitely book the ocean tower over the royal tower in the future.

We absolutely loved the decor around the hotel and in our room at the Ocean Tower. It was completely updated and trendy! We appreciated the shuttle service to Cape May and Wildwood and also the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. We also liked the restaurant and food truck options although a bit pricey. Would definitely recommend this hotel as well as stay here again.

We liked the property and pool area layout. I did not like the fact that we were unable to rent a cabana because the staff and the website said they were all rented. Not one of the four cabanas was occupied the entire morning we were at the pool. There should be a policy that if you rent it you must use it or it will be rented to others and a refund will be issued. This was an extremely unfortunate issue. One that may not have me come back.
