Room was clean and inviting. Sue was very nice and knowledgeable about surrounding area. Place was within walking distance from beach. We visit a couple times a year and Crystal Beach will be our first pick to check for availability

Sue was lovely, she made us feel at home. The pool and hanging out area was good to catch some sun. Walkable distance to the beach and Wildwoods sign. VERY clean. There is a grill that can be used if you want. I will definitely be staying there again. Oh and there is parking!

Excellent experience! Clean rooms and a friendly environment within walking distance of the beach and a variety of restaurants. The associate at the front desk was AMAZING! She offered excellent customer service and recommendations, which we greatly appreciated. We will be back for the customer service alone!

I was issued, by Hotel.com, a reference number that entailed a full refund to myself from this merchant and I have not yet received my credit. It’s been a while and the lady said to Hotels.com the charge is being reversed and it has not.

Manager Sue was very understanding and accommodating to our needs. Very clean and neat facility . Within walking distance to the beach. You don’t need a beachfront motel because you can see it from the building. Very accessible. We will be back .

Nice place when you open the door you can smell that it has been cleaned. Old building but very well taken care of, Walk to the beach, we like the beach very clean place.

I liked that my room looked newly renovated. The bathroom was small but clean. I enjoyed being walking distance from the boardwalk. Dislikes, the bed was too firm for my liking, not soft at all, and the checkout is at 10am. Too early. In all, this was a nice clean place to stay.

Top Cleanliness Hotel

The customer service was great from Sue the Boss. This was our second year going here. The room was well maintained and looked brand new and cleaned daily. I liked that the pool is salt water not chlorine.
