Welcome to The Oliver House! Centrally located home right on Oliver! All spacious bedrooms feature comfy king beds! Equipped indoor gym! Fenced backyard with yard games, grill, fire pit, and cozy outdoor patio. Walking distance to local favorites like Oliver's Lounge, Wine Dive, The Hill, Il Vicino, and Livingstons - shopping too! Fully stocked kitchen, coffee pods, and all essentials provided - just bring yourself! Ideal for long or short term relaxing, exploring, business, or family getaways!

The home has three large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms have king beds. The couch in the living room pulls out to a full bed. All amenities you need for your stay are included in the home, as well as additional amenities to include board games, gym equipment, and desk with monitor and printer. For a full list please reference listing amenities and reach out with questions!

Guests have full private access to the entire home, back porch, and front and back yards (fully fenced). The garage is not a part of the rental property, however there are parking spaces in front of the house or in the driveway. NOTE: The driveway is split with our neighbors. Please remain off of their half of the driveway during your stay.
