We were supposed to have 1 king size bed, and I requested that the room be wheelchair accessible and on the ground floor, they had our room on the 2 ND floor, but changed us to a room on the ground floor with 2 queen sized beds, the beds sit roughly 30 inches off the floor, and the floor was slippery, especially in socked feet, so much so that my disabled husband tried to get out of bed, to go use the bathroom, and when he put his feet on the floor, they slid, and he fell down on the floor, I had to call 911, to have someone come pick him up off the floor. Then we were expecting a bathtub, but instead the room had a "handicap" shower, with a built in seat, which would of been great, except shower had absolutely no water pressure, and with the water turned on as much as it could go, did not even come close to reaching the built in seat, and there was no hand held sprayer; the TV had black vertical lines appear, after is was on for about 10 minutes, they stayed on the TV, even after changing the channel several times, made it hard to watch anything. We checked out at 11am, but still have not received the $50 deposit back, or received a receipt letting us know that the hold, for $116.64, had been changed to the actual price of the room, which was supposed to be $66.64. All in all, I think our overnight stay, was a total waste of money, and we were both extremely disappointed.
