Home is on 1.1 acres all to yourself. Lots of trees around the property, and a fenced in backyard. A true retreat in the middle of the city. You'll love cooking in the huge kitchen with custom features and loads of countertop space. Drink your morning coffee in the sunroom, cozy up with a book next to the fireplace, or play a game of foosball with your friends. Enjoy evenings on the back patio with a WSU baseball game in the background. Walking distance to several of our favorite local restaurants and your local Starbucks.
