The elevator didn’t work and it looks like it’s staying that way for awhile. They offer me a refund for the inconvenience of that. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Saw a few ants on desk and one bed. Breakfast was good. Close to everything

This is a dirty hotel with bed bugs, stained shower curtain, and dirty bed sheets. I don’t normally write reviews, but this needed to be said.

My check in was easy, the gentleman was friendly but waited till the end of check in to share the fact that the elevator was broken. I had a bunch of luggage that I had to lug up the stairs. Also the AC was old, and moldy smelling. But other then that it was a good hotel for Wichita Falls.

Not a good experience. Elevator broken. Room carpet stained. Bathtub drain stopped up. Bathroom vent malfunction. Odor of cigarette smoke throughout. Bathroom door did not shut properly.

When we arrived at hotel, we were told the elevator was out and the only rooms available were on the 2nd floor. We were starting a 2 week trip so hauling all our luggage up the stairs was a chore. The rooms were OK but could definitely use an update. The breakfast was good for that type of thing.

Great for solo travel

Elevator was broken, hotel very hot and musty, AC in unit works well but looks nasty and super old and maybe even moldy?? Tub was scratched up with rust in the scratches, bedding was dirty.
