The room was really nice but was like a sauna and had no air con just a heater. There was a small desk fan which was just blowing around warm air as we couldnt open the windows for the noise of the generators right below us. The bed was really comfy though. Breakfast was amazing when they eventually refilled the food but this was only done because i approached a member of staff otherwise we could have waited even longer. Probably wpuldnt return due to the noise unless we were on the opposite side of the hotel which you can not guarantee.

This has always been a good stay for us and we have rarely been disappointed. However, on this visit, (A birthday trip for our daughter and her partner)we were provided with the wrong room, despite having been given assurance that notes had been placed on our reservation to avoid this. What is more disappointing is that this was followed up with correspondence to the hotel, during the visit, to provide a soution for the guests (at personal, not hotel expense,) we have still not received any response, despite the fact the visit ended two days ago. I sincerely hope this isn't a change in standards for this normally reliable venue, but I would recommend that guests follow up enquiries when things vary from the norm, or changes are required, because communication and follow up have proven to be an issue here.

The property was nice. The off-site parking made check-in and check-out a little inconvenient, but workable. The profile stated that there was a washer/dryer on site. This was not the case. They offered laundry service, but that was not helpful in our situation.
