Family vacation

I had a wonderful time me and my family. The only place I can see that could be improved on it be to remove the carpet from in the hallways with the children running in and out of the pool it’s not very clean. It needs to be taken up other than that it was a great amazing place to be the mountains. Only enhanced the beauty of the facility. I will come again!!!

The pools were nice, although children were running around like crazy with no parent supervision.The room needed updating. It was very loud. You could hear our neighbors cussing one another all night.

The check in staff was amazing with accommodating a special request for room. The activity staff was amazing also. Loved the 2 bedroom pool view room, glad I booked that.

The staff was very friendly and greeted us each and everytime we entered. However they didnt attempt to correct any issues. 1st-I did not get the poolside room that i reserved because it was not ready. I arrived at almost 7pm and check-in was 4pm so im not sure why. They said it needed to be inspected and we would have to wait. 2nd-One of my sons was bit up after getting in their Jacuzzi. I advised the front desk and they said they will tell maintenance. 3rd-I asked for towels and rags around 10:30am we ended up leaving out around 11:30am. Still none. We came back to them left in the room.

Wonderful place to stay! The staff were great and very attentive. They had a schedule of activities for kids to have fun. While we were there they had a butterfly interaction. If we weren't in the pools, we were at the gas fire pits roasting marshmallows or hanging out. It was very close to a lot of fun and convenient places. Grocery stores, restaurants, mountain roller coasters and other attractions. Shout out to Logan, Heather and Chancellor for outstanding customer service. This is definitely going to be our main place to stay when we come on vacation!
