"I had a ground floor room in the annexe, very comfy and plenty of space. The best thing about the hotel is the friendliness and customer service from the staff team. Super helpful to us as a group of female cyclists. Our bikes were safely stored overnight and staff were brilliant."

"Booked for a weekend family visits, we didn't use any of the spa or entertainment or restaurant options so cannot comment on those. Our room was clean and tidy, staff welcomed us on arrival and wished us well on checkout. The car park is super busy but that is an issue anywhere so close to the seafront. The only issue we had was some very noisy upstairs neighbours who woke us several times - even during the hotels requested quiet times. Obviously, visitor behaviour is somewhat outside of the hotels control and being such an old and historic building some creaks and squeaks are to be expected, just a shame it somewhat ruined a nice stay."
