The property was outdated and the rooms we rented smelled like they hadn't been used for a while. There were loud guests and knocking on doors late night. Breakfast area did not seem very sanitary.

Beds are listed as Queens but are definitely doubles/full size. Also the elevator was out of service and lugging giant dance competition roller bags up and down stairs wasn’t easy. Smokey smell in hallways and stairwells smelled of weed. Exit door in stairwell also propped open with a rock. Not the safest feeling.

There was some maintenance issues with light fixtures, plugs, wholes in the walls, stains on curtains, and kept finding long hairs all over the room. The cleaning in the rooms needs to be improved and updating to showers, paint, and electrical fixtures.

I have a mobility issue and when I arrived, I was informed that the elevator was out of service. The front desk gal was wonderful and upgraded me to a suite on the first floor at no extra cost. Wonderful, other than that the hotel is dated, there is no coffee in the room, no ice machine (out of service).

I have given this place so many chances. It’s in the perfect location for us for our family and needs. But our stay yesterday may be our last. Room was filthy as it had been prior. Elevator and ice machines were broke. Very loud guests, especially above us. Beginning to think there are permanent residents there. Exit door in stairwell propped open. Orange juice machine not working.

While the hotel While the hotel staff was awesome, polite, and helpful, they just couldn’t overcome the shoddy condition of the hotel itself. Photos are wildly inaccurate, with exposed wiring, dirty bedclothes, and peeling wallpaper being the high(low)lights of our experience. It was so bad that we actually left and booked at another hotel. Save your money and book somewhere else for a little more. The excellent service can’t overcome the horrid facilities.
