We had an Amazing stay here. The staff were so nice and friendly! The room so clean and beautiful view. We were there for a wedding and we wished we had more time as we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful hotel amenities.

Megan at reception needs some customer service training. No greeting when we arrived, I returned at 9:30 that night and she looked at me when I walked in & went right back to her screen, no acknowledgment toward me at all. Definitely needs some extr training.

The check in and check out was fast and painless. The room was nice and clean, the bed was soft and comfortable only problem is had was whenever my husband slightly moved on the bed you could feel the whole bed move which woke me everytime The TV did not work it kept saying to contact Shaw but we did rent a dvd in the end

Nice hotel with some nice shops. Restaurants could be better. Biggest gripe is poor internet and cellular reception. Appreciate it’s a country retreat but needs investment in the internet. Beds are very comfy.

We had two separate reservations, but the front desk wouldn’t let us stay in the same room. According to her, the first room that was given to us had already been reserved for another guest the next day. They expected us to vacate the room by 11 a.m. (checkout time), even though the second room wasn’t ready yet. I work in a hotel as a rooms controller, and it doesn’t make sense to ask housekeeping to strip two rooms when they could have simply moved the next guest to a different room. Instead, they chose to inconvenience us just because "it’s already reserved for someone else." I would understand if I had booked a deluxe room, but this was just a standard room.
