Customer service is absolutely terrible. Totally rude & unfriendly staff. Consider yourself lucky if they don't bite you or show an arrogant attitude. Start with being a bit more friendly, polite & respectful towards customers. Don't show an attitude that you are "obliging" customers by letting them stay overnight. Rather, try to truly "serve" customers by being polite. Try to learn from South East Asian or Indian hotels. Moreover, if booking through Expedia, be careful of Gray Wolf's hidden fees/costs. Discuss these upfront with them. We were charged additional fees by Gray Wolf that we didn't budget for. Most likely they aren't part of a larger hotel chain and so lack professionalism.

It was a very comfortable stay. Pretty much the same as any reputable hotel. Added note though, I was traveling with my 98-year-old mother-in-law, and did not anticipate problems with the bed or toilet. The toilet was too low to the floor and no bars for her to allow herself to pull herself up. The bed was far too high. She could not get into bed successfully, so we had to get a rollaway bed added to the room for the second night. it was low enough for her to get in to bed and out of. If you are traveling with an elderly family member, my suggestion is contact the hotel and see what arrangements they can make.

National Park right there. The Grizzly & Wolf Center adds to the ambience of the area. Love the s'mores cookout & the cookies too. Great place!!

The room is clean, walkable to places & good breakfast. The pool and hot tub are repairing so didn’t have a chance to enjoy ourselves. Overall, we have a great time.

The staff was incredibly helpful. We were able to “borrow“ a pair of binoculars. They seemed genuinely friendly and eager to help us in every regard. The chocolate chip cookies they get served late in the day are awesome! And there are s’mores kits in the evenings that one can use around the fire pit. Super close to the entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Less than a mile. Literally within walking distance. Everything is pretty much within walking distance. Lovely place. Not cheap, but I think it’s an excellent value. You get your moneys worth there!

This hotel is very close to the West Yellowstone entrance and easy to walk the short distance into town for meals and shopping. Please be aware that Expedia does not include the daily 15 dollars amenity fee per day in the total price quoted per day as other booking sites do so it looks like they are providing a lower room rate. The only issue we had with the hotel is the breakfast is very limited some days and best to do down early since many tours book their guests at this hotel and it can be very crowded with those groups down their before they leave. Other than those issues it is a very nice convenient hotel to stay at.

Beautiful property,nice staff,very comfortable. One thing I did not like.when arrived,they asked for the automatic incidental fee in case you need anything else. Typically this is refunded. In this hotel, it is automatic and nonrefundable even if you dont use it. A liitle hidden $25 fee.
