The property looked like a land full with the bull dozers and machinery that was there clearing the land. It was very cold and the stoves in the tent did not give off enough heat to keep the tent warm. There was a gapping hole where the stove pipe went through to the outside that cold air constantly blew through. Best part was the 24 hour coffee and hot water and the s’mores at night.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We had a lot of construction going on at the start of our season that took away from our beautiful location. Thankfully the construction has finished for the season, I apologize that this was going on during your stay. We have extra blankets upon request at our front desk. The front desk is open 24 hours a day with our number listed in each tent. It is great to hear that you enjoyed our 24-hour coffee located in the lobby tent and the s'mores each night. Thank you, Eric Otis

Awesome!

Kids loved it. Great night of sleep. Wish we could have stayed longer. Stay should include breakfast for the price.

Awesome Experience Under the Canvas

My family stayed here in early June and had a blast! The room was great and the wood stove gave a great rustic feel. It was nice to get away from electricity and gadgets. If you like comfort, the beds are second to none. The campfires and smores were a great touch considering it snowed both days we were here. The onsite Restaurant was excellent. They served a variety of traditional and Game dishes and served local brews. We will be returning to continue this great outdoor experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: The tents, and beds, were fabulous! But I would recommend upgrading to a tent with an attached bathroom.
Cons: Bathrooms were too few. It is not pleasant to step into the bathroom into someone else's dirty shower water. A drain on floor would be helpful.
Location: The town seems to have a lot to offer and the park itself is wonderful. There are several tour companies in town, the tour we took was great!
Overall the experience was great. We planned this trip around this particular stay and felt we paid a bit of a premium for the lodging. I would recommend upgrading to a room with an attached bathroom.

labor day holiday

Location: Location is great, 15 to 20 minutes away from west yellowstone entrance, the restaurant nearby Bar n ranch is a great location to eat.
This place is gorgeous, i'll recommend it for the summer though, we stayed at labor day weekend and it was extremely cold at night (they close the premises after this weekend) , not inside the bed but once you put a foot outside it you'll freeze, as the water in the faucet, in the mornings there was no water available as everything was frozen (we stayed in one of the tents that had bathroom inside). At night is hard to keep the fire going as you have to wake up every hour to add more logs. But in summer it should be perfect for a stay, staff is really helpful, the place is beautiful and the tents are exquisite. will go again for sure in summer!!!!

Great concept, but needs some changes

Pros: The location and concept
Cons: the facilities and bathrooms... also please add more water closets.... frustrating when the majority of camp is showering and you need to use the toil
Location: There is a restaurant near by which is okay and West Yellowstone is very close.
This place has so many great positives, but also significant negatives to it. The place is stunning and the tents are really cool. We booked a safari, but the website is pretty misleading on what the tents look. Only the suites have the great patios the website offers. Our bed was really comfy and the stars are incredible. Our tent zipper was broken and they could not fix it which was pretty annoying. Basically my husband had to let me in and out of our tent every time. They have a ton of staff which seems to be just hanging out and not doing anything. The bathrooms are beyond disgusting. They we semi-clean at check in and they never cleaned them again. This really bothered us because although we signed up to "glamp" you are also paying to have convinces like a bathroom. The bathrooms were so filthy by the next morning you did not even want to walk in. The next morning they were out of coffee and again the employees were just standing around doing nothing. We are really glad we had the experience, but will not be staying there again do to these issues.

Fantastic Hotel Camping

Pros: The different experience
Cons: The number of bathrooms, offering food or a dining tent??
Location: Yellowstone, DUH??
The experience and idea of a tent hotel style is great, no sleeping bags, pillows to carry. Comfortable and plenty warm comforters, piles thick so the cold at night didn't matter. A woodstove wasn't needed at least not in July. The only problem was only 3 bathrooms for all the tents. (but they had hot running water, seperate locked rooms with showers, sinks and toilets) so exceot for waiting in line once that wasn't bad either. The registration tent has coffee, water, hot chocolate 24/7. We only stayed one night for the experience and it was well worth it.
