Brand New, Cozy and Rustic Log Cabin~7 miles from West YNP Entrance!

Escape with the family to our newly built and cozy, Yellowstone themed cabin! Come enjoy the true outdoor experience here at Buttermilk Country Cabins! Located just 7 miles from the West entrance to Yellowstone. This cabin sits on a 40+ acre ranch with private fishing pond. Also a great option for snowmobile groups in the winter as we have direct access to the snowmobile trails from the property to Lions Head and Two Top. Plenty of space to park your trailers as well! Owner's home is conveniently located closely nearby along with 2 other cabins. There is a rodeo and horse rides on the property every summer from mid June until mid August. Calendar for rodeo dates this season provided below.
This gorgeous cabin sits on 40 acres of land along with 2 other cabins and the owners home. All cabins are in the same proximity but each cabin has their own space and privacy. It is located 7.7 miles outside of the town of West Yellowstone, MT. It is approximately 1500 square feet and has a large, bedroom on the main level with a king bed. This beautiful cabin is an open concept floor plan with large front windows that look out into the forest. Upstairs in the loft, there are 2 queen bunk bed sets that have a queen bed on the top and a queen on the bottom. There are bathrooms on both levels so everyone will have plenty of space to get ready. The bathroom on the main level has a bathtub shower combo and the bathroom in the loft area has a stand up shower only. There is a desk area for working on your laptop as well as a laundry area. This cabin is also an excellent choice for snowmobilers in the winter months as there is plenty of space to park your trailers and you can leave right from our property onto the main snowmobile trails to Lion's Head and Two Top

The rodeo starts at 7:00pm and is over around 9:00pm. You can buy your tickets online at yellowstonerodeo dot com or you can buy them at the gate the night of. Horse trail rides are available, excluding Sundays while rodeo is in operation.

Spotless to the point I think we may have been the first ever guest. If you are looking for the ‘Montana’ vibe this is it! Just wish we had been there for the Rodeo!

Amazing stay!

This location and cabin was everything! It’s a new comfy, cozy cabin. The location is just a few miles from town, but you feel like you are out in the wilderness…because well you are. The owners are wonderful and right on property. The went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable with certain requests to help accommodate my brother who is in a wheelchair. We are forever grateful for their hospitality and completely enjoyed our stay here.
