Room could have used a good vacuum. Lots of small pieces of paper and crumbs on floor. Toilet clogged easily. Front desk gave us a plunger. Positives are our room was quiet and the staff was friendly.

Excellent place; great hot tub and pool, breakfast was good; rooms comfortable and clean. The staff were excellent. West entrance to Yellowstone is a short drive up the road!

Hotel staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful, but the property is showing its age and is not well maintained. I was looking for an outlet for a phone charger and found an entire pack of what appeared to be PopTarts thrown behind the nightstand. It had been there for quite some time along with a bunch of other food and garbage. Bathroom was dirty. Other than inside our room, the entire place reeked of pot smoke. Pool was full of sand/dirt. It was gross -- probably won't stay here again.

The room was very outdated, toilet paper holder broken so toilet paper had to sit on the sink, old sink fixtures, sketchy cell service so couldn't watch hardly anything on tv., door lock bent so wouldn't engage (not dead bolt) Good things: breakfast was sufficient, nice attendant, refrigerator in room, parking good.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. However we did need to request a repair to the bathroom light which was handled quickly. There could have been information in the Room regarding WiFi numbers, placed to eat etc. also an anti slip mat for the bathtub would have been helpful. The walls are thin and we could hear others talking and tv’s playing.
