The room was very outdated, toilet paper holder broken so toilet paper had to sit on the sink, old sink fixtures, sketchy cell service so couldn't watch hardly anything on tv., door lock bent so wouldn't engage (not dead bolt) Good things: breakfast was sufficient, nice attendant, refrigerator in room, parking good.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. However we did need to request a repair to the bathroom light which was handled quickly. There could have been information in the Room regarding WiFi numbers, placed to eat etc. also an anti slip mat for the bathtub would have been helpful. The walls are thin and we could hear others talking and tv’s playing.

Perfect location for using the West Entrance of Yellowstone. The guy who checked us in wasn’t particularly polite and welcoming, but it was busy so I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. Easy drive to get to some shops and restaurants and the breakfast was nice. I would stay again!
