" We chose Hotel Ciputra based on the area recommended by a friend. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that there was a Ciputra Mall directly connected to the hotel. The Senior Manager Erika personally reached out to me to find out if everything was going well. We got a room in a high floor. It was clean and comfortable, though the air con was quite cold and we didn't know how to adjust it. The swimming pool on the 7th floor was child-friendly, with a shallow section. The gym was a full-sized one with a wide range of equipment. Towels were provided for both the pool and the gym. Breakfast was decent, with a range of local Indonesian food and international fare. After we checked out, the Senior Manager Erika reached out again to inform us we left our charger in the room. Thanks to her help we were able to get it delivered to us quickly. We had a good experience on our first trip to Jakarta, and would definitely consider staying there again next time. "

"The room is big and very modern, our room is facing the view of city very beautiful during the night, the staff is very helpful. Just love this hotel, the mall is next door and underground of the mall is all long and big food court and restaurant big park and whe can walk up all the way to enjoy the view at night, love to stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious and the room was comfortable and inviting. Our kids especially enjoyed the lovely rooftop pool. The hotel is only a short 20min walk to Kota Tua and the historical sites. Highly recommend this hotel if you are vacationing in Jakarta."

"The location was excellent. No more than 20 mins to the venues we had planned to visit. The staff was wonderful. Very courteous, welcoming and they always have a smile on their faces from the manager to the security guards. Room was nice and big and had excellent view of the city. Cleanliness was the exception here. Everywhere was spectacular. The gym and pool areas looked very good even though we didn’t have time to visit them. "
