"The location is great but the AC has gone out on me two times now. Both on different occasions and somehow on the same floor. They said they would refund me 50% of my stay but I have yet to see it YET. Like I said great location, clean & nice staff, good food options that my kids love."

"Walked all the way to room with all his stuff and room key was never activated. He did not have it by a phone or magnet of any kind. The elevator was disgusting. Not worth the price."
