Hampton Inn & Suites West Bend
"We arrived to the room and opened a cabinet that was full of a half eaten pizza, along with bags of soda and trash. Made me a little worried about the cleanliness of the room but otherwise it was a beautiful stay—the room was large and lovely, the temperature was great. I’m hoping they’ll put some money into upgrading their key system—the door key card kept registering red, and although staff were kind about resetting it each time, it was annoying. I stayed two nights and had to re-set the card three times—staff was frustrated at the cards—they say it happens if they’re anywhere near a cellphone. Which a room key often would be! They notified me there would be a $75 pet deposit, but the listing clearly said $50–I haven’t checked my bill to see what I was actually charged. In any case, I was very happy with our stay overall."
