Good prices. The hotel lacks the ability to provide their guest with the most basic needs. I requested a clean sheet to cover up a very stained and soiled chair in my room. I was denied this service. Our towels were dirty from our use, the evening of our stay. I went to the front office to ask for clean towels. I was denied clean towels until morning. I called the front desk before 7:30 am, to request clean towels for our morning showers. I was once again, denied clean towels. I was told that I could not have clean towels until 10:30 am, 30 minutes before checkout. Unacceptable and quite frankly, a ridiculous practice for a hotel. Thanks, but, no thanks

I was asked to give a credit card number (which was hand written on a piece of paper) to insure that I wouldn’t smoke in their non-smoking room. I was not comfortable with the credit card information being secure. Obviously anyone who saw it could re-write the info and compromise the security of the card. They insisted and said if I didn’t that I couldn’t have a room. Odd way to do business. If there were any other rooms within 50 miles I would have walked.

Stayed here twice in the last 2 weeks. First stay was fine. Stayed in the same room on my return trip. The fact that the TV was inoperable on the return trip was extremely disappointing!

Fantastic room for the price.

We had such a good experience we will definitely stay there again when we travel to St. Louis. The room exceeded our expectations given the price for the room. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. We were very nicely surprised that our room had an iron, microwave, and small fridge. The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived 25 minutes before check-in and we were given the keys without any discussion. He also was very helpful in giving us good information for best places to eat. We have no complaints or concerns about the place and look forward to using the Inn the next time we visit.
