Awful experience. Breakfast was terrible. No coffee. Staff was too busy to care. They were rushed and rude, snapping at guests. After checking for coffee each hour for three hours, gave up. Other breakfast options not stocked due to understaffing. TV in the room wasn't working. Had one channel that worked, M TV. Called the front desk, they gave me another remote to try. That remote didn't work either. It was close to 10:00pm when I called. Front desk said they would send maintenance up. After waiting until 11:30pm and nobody responded I called the front desk to tell them to bother, that I was going to bed, only to be told the front desk person was just starting her shift and the last desk person had left her a note to send someone. Never Again.

We were placed in a handicap room. The shower was a roll in shower. I don’t know if the curtain was not hung correctly or if the drain was not installed correctly, but when I got out of the shower there was a river of water all the way into the foyer. When I mentioned this to the front desk person, she totally blew it off and said, oh no big deal. I was so worried about slipping! It took ALL of the towels in the room to sop up this mess. When we came back, at end of day, towels had not been refreshed. I understand some services are different because of covid, but for a known issue like THIS, I would have thought it would have been treated a lot more seriously and courteously.

Beds are so comfortable! Nice, clean room. Just one suggestion—give us a map to eating places . Being unfamiliar with the surroundings we had a hard time finding places, but we did eat at Marcos pizza which was excellent.
