"The hotel location is prime, near central Aachen city hall and the cathedral. It is a “no-friills” hotel, but that was ok and as expected. The rooms are neat and clean and the beds are comfortable. "My family and I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home. The rooms were on the smaller side, but that’s quite typical for Europe and they had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
