The front desk lady was extremely nice and very helpful. The room was very musty smelling as soon as we opened the door. It made it difficult to sleep for that reason.

"The hot tub was luke warm and filthy with debris all over in it. The jets were not working and when staff was notified she was dimissive. The pool is seasonal and was closed which is not.in the description. We were told there would be biscuits and gravy at breakfast when we checked in and there was none. There was mold on the bread at breakfast. The beds are too stiff and guests in the upper floor were loud and dirsturbed my sleep several times. The tiles in the bathroom had failing grout. The doorways, frames and doors and furniture were scratched and worn. The carpet had ducttape along the seam in the hallway."
