I did notice a used candy wrapper behind the night stand and behind the chair I noticed some sparkly garland pieces that were from previous guests. The check in and all other things were spectacular, the room cleaning could have used some work.

Pretty underwhelmed. The pool hours are very limited so don't expect to sit in the hot tub before 5:00 p.m. on a Friday. The staff is quite rude as well, I was sitting on a couch in the pool area and got kicked off because it was supposedly reserved, although there was no signage. Pretty frustrating. Parking lot is no where close to the entrance,which really does matter when it's 14 below.

No hot water whatsoever. Pressure was horrible as well. We have stayed here before just in a different tower which was fine. But the eagle tower near the water park entrance never again. Probably why it was the cheaper rate, kids upstairs from our room as well was running around late into the hours.
