Nice stay!

The Shasta Inn was very clean, easy check in, and the whole room looked brand new. Decor, bedding and floors and walls, all good.

Shasta Inn stay

Well, I have to say that first there were no towels in the room when I arrived. I used the bath mat to dry myself. Then I called the reception early the second morning and mentioned the missing towels. Nothing was done, when I came back for the second night, no towels, no bed made... I had to ask for towels that were finally brought. But the bed was not made or sheets changed. The girl at the reception told me that the next day things would be different, nothing happened, bed not made, no maid to check the room even the notice put at the outside of the door. Very poor service, no promises kept. I do not think I want to go back there...

Good place to stay

Overall it was a really good stay - great location, clean, restaurant and bar on site , adequate parking. In future if I stay there again I'd request a room in the one story buildings, as we heard some noise from upstairs neighbors. Not bad, but not super sound proof. Otherwise, all good! Bed comfy, nice stay.

Noisy and no care for guests

Room was adjacent to restaurant outdoor seating Very noisy birthday party. After asking to keep the noise down by calling restaurant manager the noise amplified as alcohol flowed. Hard to sleep with the noise.

The room was charming, clean and very reasonable. Perfect accommodations for myself and my traveling companion Sansa. The staff were friendly and the restaurant on the property was lovely. I highly recommend the roasted chicken entree. The bartender/waitress was cordial and made a perfect cosmo to go with the delicious meal.
