We were charged over 800 dollars for two nights here and still have not received 276 dollars back. The manager was rude well trying to get it figured out. We also had to change rooms the second day because our room had a mildew smell and the carpet was soaking wet from the ac or something. The room the put us in also had a damp carpet and smelt of mildew. The manager gave us two free drinks from the market and thought that would be sufficient in making us happy with our stay. Won’t stay there again or recommend

Lady at front desk was efficient and friendly. Beds were comfy. Shower was terrible, zero pressure and room smelled musty. Pool was kind of dirty, jacuzzi was cold and light meant to be in the wall was on the bottom. Pretty sure that could electrocute someone.

This property was extremely run down. The gentleman that checked us in was very kind but did not understand our requests. Our room was wrong and the pull out bed was terrible with springs coming through, they brought in a bed that was probably 100yrs old and nasty with stains. Stains on the floor and broken tiles. We booked a king suite for a family of 5, had a giant old jacuzzi tub in the main room with MIRRORS around the tub and we had to explain to our children why there were mirrors. The breakfast was so bad we had our children eat the pre packaged yogurt, I was worried about food poisoning. We asked the gentleman for bedding and we received sheets. Just sheets. Thankfully we had pillows and blankets in our car. The air conditioner shook the walls and we could hear everything outside. The morning attendant was kind but clearly overwhelmed. She was running the front desk and kitchen area. The elevator felt like it was going to shake through the walls. I was so disappointed with this hotel. We have stayed at many wonderful La Quinta’s that are beautiful, comfortable, and safe. I did not feel unsafe in the area and the night gentleman was watching the cameras outside intently. I felt like he was keeping watch. But the hotel was extremely run down and understaffed.

Upon check in, the staff was not helpful about rates or specific requests. I guess you could say his customer service skills were lacking. When we entered our room, it was hot! It took a while for the AC to cool the room. The bath towels had visible stains on them. You can tell the place has been “updated/remodeled” but clearly it was done on a tight budget and very sloppy. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, at midnight the fire alarm went off! It continued to sound for several minutes. People were in the hall trying to figure out if there was a fire or what was going on. It finally stopped and we laid back down trying to ho back to sleep when it went off AGAIN! Thankfully, it stopped sooner than it did the first time. Breakfast, unless you like cereal or waffles, don’t waste your time. The eggs were watery, the sausage was almost paper thin and appears to have a few pieces from the day before on top! The muffins were dry, as well as, the biscuits. The best thing was the orange juice to wash it down!

We only booked it for the pool and jacuzzi told them that we were excited they let us play then told us the jacuzzi was broke and pool had issues . We were there less than an hour and they would not refund us our money to go to another hotel book the clarion behind them 100 percent better
