Great staff and hotel

Nice hotel, and the staff were great! Pool was not open due to rain. Great area close to lots of different places to eat. I would stay here again.

We saw great reviews but they must have been years old. Ee stayed 3 nightz and here is what we experienced. Pool closed, laundry facility out of order, pur room keys would deactivate randimly and had to be reset each day, no one during pur stay came to our room to provide clean towels or bedding, the tub had been repaired with half of it showing a different color and the slip resistance bottom curling in on itself, the shower head had very little pressure and less than half the holes let out water, the shelving under the sink was broken, mutiple live and dead bugs in our room and bathroom to include crickets, beetles and spiders, yhe matress for the pull out couch was so thin and uncomfortable the springs dug into your back, the room was very humid even with the air on, the coffee in the lobby was always empty, the bathroom in the lobby had two stalls with ine pit if order and the other no toilet paper and trash all over the floor, cobwebbs in random spots in our room, and the gravy for the buscuits was so watered down that it seemed like water with a gravy color. The fromt staff was nice and the lobby was clean and it had a great location. Overall I wouldnt pay the price I did for this hotel again.

Was ok ,its not a 3 star hotel for sure. The bedroom n ç was clean , but mattress cover thier were 2, that kept coming up off mattress. Very anoying an the coffee maker in room did not work. Pillows were and flat old. But bed it self ead very soft ć 3³3³We were on 3rd floor it was quiet. The air freshner they use, not the greatest. Pool was closed, wright room smelled bad no ac was on. The breakfast was ok, One warmer for food was not working biscuits, sausage cold. The front desk lady yesterday was very pleasant ty 😊

Nothing worked. Laundry didn’t work. Ice machines didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Room looked like it had major water damage and they just painted over it. I’ve never left a review before but this one needed it.

great jetted tub, breakfast need improvement

I book this hotel because it has as in-room jetted tub. The room we had , the regular tub in the restroom was half gray and half white, it look like the paint was scraped off of it. No big deal but it was a sore sight. The breakfast has potential but wasn't bad. It seemed like the potatoes were microwaved from the day before cause they were hard and looked burnt. The breakfast sausage also looked overcooked. Breakfast did not seem to be fresh. The jetted tub and the room tho were amazing. May stay here again just for the jetted tub.
