Overall good stay. The pool looked nice. I wasn’t sure if they had continental breakfast or not due to what Hotels.com mentioned that you have to pay for it. However, there was a sign for when breakfast was available in the lobby. I liked that the hotel was conveniently by a shopping area and restaurants. I had an issue checking in. They couldn’t find me in their system. They asked for my confirmation reservation number, but I didn’t have it. After 5 or 10 minutes, the employee figured out how to check me in. She didn’t want me to be charged twice for my stay. Hotels.com app chat wasn’t helpful at all with this issue. The hotel employee was kind.
