The handle on the commode for flushing was unattached making it difficult to flush the toilet. The breakfast was very bad as all offerings were carbohydrate in nature expect coffee, tea and water. The woman servicing the breakfast area (same person from a year ago) could not speak English, was rude and very inflexible when asked to provide more coffee or food items. She should be given training to better serve guests and the food options should be expanded and be fresh when served for the public

I had to change into 3 rooms. All rooms were filthy and disgusting. There is so much rust on everything. I have photos to show proof. My stay was miserable 😩
