The property is no longer a kimpton and it is not clear on the listing. The rooms are tired and need a renovation. There a resort fee and this isn’t a resort. I cannot recommend.

This property is very pretty, however, the hvac system in the rooms kept me up the entire time, it was impossible to relax, even with the TV on, it is very loud coming on and going off. I am in real estate, so I say this with all certainty, if you are a light sleeper or wanting to relax in peace and quiet, this is not the hotel. The water pressure in the sinks were so slow it didn't make sense. The hot and cold water was hard to adjust in the shower. Just not a great experience. Pretty yes, time with my family awesome, would not stay here again, not relaxing at all for it to be a spa.
