The west facing side toward the beach has an ample outdoor gathering area with a BBQ, seating, tables and a gas firepit, adjacent to a sand volleyball court. some wind protection ,and They also have a large selection of bikes for adults and kids to check out (for free I believe) to pedal around the area, which is nice because the Resort However the exterior of the hotel is badly in need of an update, as it looks like it dates back to the 70's and is shabbier on the outside than the cost of a room would have you assume. I was also surprised to see our 2 queen bed room only had a wall mounted heater and no AC. Whe"

"Incredible staff in a well maintained property. They were constantly restocking complimentary snacks and food at included breakfast. Leah on late night desk saved us with a room in a storm at 2:00 am!! Anabelle and others - and what about Scooter, the everything handyman, making the property so welcoming and nice - lots of little places to sit outside in what would otherwise appear to be a basic roadside hotel. Clean jacuzzi and pool - great Mexican food next door. I’ll be back and I live in California! Thank you"
