The room was decent, not very clean, garbage under the beds. The grounds were very dirty and cluttered. The worst was the pool, dirty, murky water, my kids found garbage and tons of hair and gunk in the water. Needed maintenance, worst was the hot tub. It was disgusting, green,slimy literally a swamp, it smelled and looked like a nuclear waste pond!. The poor man working the desk and caring for everything was the only employee working. He had to juggle it all, I felt terrible for him, the lineup at the desk was 5 people deep, not his fault. He was doing his best. But, was definitely stressed and unable to give any extra answers or help. It was so overwhelming that guests had to fumble through and try to find forks and other items for the meager breakfast. Not much food avaliable, it was grim and unsatisfactory. The syrup was empty, there was simply no food available, people would come in look for ANYTHING, the juice came out as water, the waffle mix, meager, no utensils, no fruit or amenities like a proper continental breakfast should be. Not a pleasant experience, if I had to stay any longer, I would request a refund. This was a subpar visit, mainly because of the overworked employee, the filth and clutter outside and in the pool area, the disgusting pool and unacceptable hot unclean rooms. Days inn-Wyndham, you can do better! This is a HUGE city for visitors it is known everywhere as a vacation area, do you want repeat customers or just figure no one will care? Terrible.
