Not happy with all of that hotel . First and last time there. The room wasnt ready when we got there. Had to wait an hour. And then the floors were all wer. All the mirrors and so dirty. Was in a handicap unit. And couldnt park in my spot. Had to walk pretty far to my room. Also was there for 2 days. And someone went into my room while i was gone. They left a new quart of lowfat creamer in our fridge. And when i told the desk about this. She said no one was suppose to go into your room. Well no kidding. Said the manager would call me after she spoke with him. Never herda thing! I got ripped off. Never again. Dont stay there.

Excellent hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was your average buffet-style. Pool area was very small and crowded with small children and families. I will note that the hotel is undergoing construction which resulted in very early morning hammering which was not pleasant. Otherwise, would highly recommend. Staff very friendly. Having also stayed at the Days Inn, for the same price, this was a much better option. Amenties are much better.

Room was fine. A few things left unclean, (Bathtub and night table area near the beds) We were in room 400 and the king bed on the left was very uncomfortable. Bed was caved in from the middle, had to sleep at an angle all night. During breakfast, staff had a bit of attitude, kept on the kids to not touch anything, when they were just grabbing item to eat. Found a hair in the scrambled eggs
