The check in was quick although the clerk was not very friendly. Just basic responses, not even a hello. The room was mostly clean. The carpet was old and felt gross under our feet.

We really enjoyed staying at this wonderful Hotel and the pool and hot tub were very nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was very accommodating and helpful to our family.

I guess i expected a Hampton hotel by Hilton to be better than Holiday Inn Express, but it wasn't. The thermostat in the room only kind of controlled the temperature so you got both hot and cold all night. In one elevator you had to go to the 2nd floor and then press the door for the first floor. The next day the 3 button stopped working in the other elevator. When i told the person at the desk. He just didn't say anything at all. The fridge is made so that it only works a few hours at a time then it shuts off for 8 hours, which isn't good for storing leftovers. The ice machine kept leaking water. The snack center by the front desk was poorly stocked. The coffee in the room was really bad, and it wasn't much better downstairs. I really exoected this hotel to be better than it was because it's Hampton by Hilton, but it wasn't.

Easy check in. We had a question about our television and the desk attendant came up immediately to help. The towels and bedding are all white….super clean bed. Nice size room with fridge and large tv. We would definitely come back.

One of the light bulbs in the bathroom was out, and when I checked in I had to wait about 5 minutes before someone came to the desk. She was away from the front desk helping another guest. Other than that, it was a good experience, and we would stay there again if we were back in town.

The property itself was in good condition and I felt safe there. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but the little I did, was good. My room was excellent. I really liked how big and clean it was. It was immaculate. I liked how the pool and hot tub area was on the second floor. The breakfast was fantastic, so the reviews about that were accurate. My only issues were that the people next to me were extremely loud. I could hear everything going on in the room next to me and in the hallway. Also, I was on the second floor and could hear the people above me. That was extremely annoying, so there was no quiet. Other than that, it was a great hotel and stay. I would and will be staying here again and hope that I get a quieter room next time.
