Room was recently updated but the workmanship was really bad. The pool was not heated, the entire hotel was being renovated, and the bar and restaurant are closed. I chose Hilton Garden Inn for the standard of hotel and service not for a free breakfast and a cheap room.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, the front desk was friendly and helpful. Other than that I would have been better served at a super8. Oh and the fire alarm went off at 9am on Saturday morning ending a vacation attempt the sleep in.
This hotel is not a Hilton Garden Inn and based upon the lack of quality workmanship should not be in the future.
Stayed at a Delta hotel by Marriot after and was very satisfied and it was 35 dollars less a night.
Hilton Garden Inn will no longer be my go to for business travel, why pay more for less. They were my first choice, Yikes someone needs canned..
