OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay. Note that the maximum vehicle allowance for this home is 4.

NOISE
We kindly request that guests respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am as part of our good neighbor policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Strictly no pets over 25lbs is allowed. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. Also, please leash your pet unless you are in a clearly defined off-leash area. It is your responsibility to pick up after your pet at all times.

Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. A fine of $1,000 will be applied to any guest found violating this policy.

The home is lovely. Gorgeous windows and views. We saw deer, elk and ocean in the distance. While we were told as we drove to the home, that there was a kitchen faucet leak and the dryer was broken, we found those issues to be impactful. We had to clean water out from under the sink and had no way to wash our clothes over a 4 day stay. For those reasons only we are only giving 4 stars. Communication was good, snacks and coffees offered were a sweet touch. We loved all the branded bathroom items as well. The firepit was great too. Thank you!
