Very clean and well kept. I don't know why every time i book this hotel through Travelocity, they give me a room facing the noisy interstate highway. Noise is a major drawback, otherwise enjoyed the stay.

This is my first ever hotel review. The best hotel staff I ever encountered, it was so good to see everyone smiling and happy. Very clean and breakfast was awesome! I will definitely book this hotel next time I will be in Hagerstown.

It's somehow close to everything yet tucked between an urgent care center and a tractor store? The staff are very attentive and the property has all the conveniences and a bit of luxury for the price. The property is pet friendly and in some areas you can tell from the slight odor. The rooms are nice. The bathroom was clean. They ar3 trying to reduce waste with refilled shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Vending and ice machines are conveniently located. Laundry room is available to guests which is a nice touch. May partake in the continental breakfast and check out the pool

Front desk personnel were outstandingly helpful and kind. Everyone wanted to be sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the offer of free water, and the luggage trolly was very convenient. Finally- the BEST hotel coffee ever. Wow. Even the decaf was good!
