The room was okay, the front desk staff were very helpful, the breakfast and those attending it were great, the workout facility impressive. Really the only thing that wasn't really up to the Hampton Inn standard was housekeeping. We booked four nights and not once did housekeeping even empty the trash or swap out bathroom linens. When I brought this up, I was told that they were attending the rooms awaiting guests but not the guests who were already in the hotel. A bit of a let down and again, not up to the standard of Hampton Inns I have stayed at in the past. I may need to reconsider if this particular location is something I book in the future when I am visiting family in the area. While everything else was good or great, this one aspect didn't;t help the overall feeling of the trip.
