"Everything was perfect , the room, the bed, the air con, the staff were amazing and we got laundry done for a fee. Definitely coming back! You are awesome . "Staff was friendly and helpful. Responded to our needs very quickly. Was unaware our room had no air conditioning. It really should be noted so there is no disappointment and your rating will be imlroved with this knowledge. Also elevator was not working and walking up to second (with 0 being ground floor) was difficult for older guest (me!) with luggage. This should have been noted prior to check in even if it was temporary. Again best to expose than hide facts of stay."
