Our king bed suite was huge and would have been very comfortable except the thermostat in the room didn't seem to work. The room never got above 66 degrees regardless of what setting we put the heat.

Only problem was the front of the ac unit and the filters were filthy. I washed filters in the tub and chunks of dust/ dirt came off. Breakfast was good and everything else was reasonably clean.

Our room key failed to work 4 times in 4 days. Each day I had to walk from the furthest room to elevator and down 3 floors to get a replacement key. 4 TIMES! Front desk staff not at all friendly. Will never stay here or re o end here again. "
