"This is a very nice updated one-bedroom apartment in a central location. Restaurants are within walking distance. The building has an elevator. The kitchen has everything you need. I enjoyed my stay. Just one caveat: the train tracks run just behind the building. The trains aren’t constant, but they do blow their horn at the intersection. I brought earplugs, and the noise didn’t keep me from sleeping "

"This property was perfect for us. My husband and I were in town for my Grandsons big football game (Go Cheshire!) This location is central to everything we had to do, including walking distance to Town Square and many restaurants. Easy access to supporting highway rds around us. Apartment was clean, with all the right ameneties. Very secure as well. Highly recommend Scottys Restaurant for breakfast (directly behind the VRBO.) "

"If I had known the elevator wasn't working I would not have stayed there. At no time did you say it wasn't working. I was on the third floor & I have very bad knees. It was sheer agony going up & down those stairs. Very disappointed!!!"

"The apartment is beautifully restored, whimsically decorated with very nice furniture which is also comfortable. There are lights and outlets everywhere!! Linens and towels sparking clean and brand new!! All kinds of kitchen equipment. As an “older person”!! I had a little trouble navigating the shower that is in an enclose tub but that would not be a problem for the young. It is in a part of town with a moderately busy street and a rooster in the am!! But the white noise machines on both sides of the bed made it all okay. There is a washer and a dryer so longer stays would work well. I would definitely stay there again. Karl was a very nice host."
