Check In line was crazy. 1st room had roaches. 2nd room seemed as if they didn’t change the linens as there were smudges of makeup and whatnot on the sheets and they were not even fully tucked in. Remote was sticky, curtains were broken to where you couldn’t even shut them to keep light out.For the amount you pay to stay here per night, this should NEVER be the case. We won’t be returning.

This place is a gem! After staying in both Horseshoes hotels(Vegas&Bossier) I can confidently say that I like this location better. The rooms are larger and more upscale, and we really loved the huge bathtub there(you have no idea how good that made us feel after being on the road all day). I highly recommend it!

Upon arrival, no handtruck to help with luggage to room. It took two hours to get a handtruck and by then luggage was loaded up to the room in four trips. No working phone in room, no way to reach front desk. No bath towels in room, had to dry off with washcloths and hand towels. Parking garage had no available spots in Floor 1 and 2 as they were under construction. There were very few handicap spaces and it took a while to find a close spot for my disabled husband. The hotel was beautiful, but looks are not everything.

The bed in room 1611 was very uncomfortable. There was a dip in the mattress. We had a disabled person in our group and she could not get anyone too. Answer the phone when she needed room service.. The nicest people there were the valet, they were super. Also, the waiter or waitress in the burger place was very, very good.

Check in was wonderful, staff was very friendly. We had two rooms and they were both dirty! The rooms were dirty, the floor had trash all over it even out in the hallway, the bathroom had hair all over the floor, the mirrors were not clean, there was glitter and hair all over the bed, the shower curtain was dirty, the sheets were stained The cleaning staff need to do a better job There was a pill behind the headboard in one of the 2 rooms we had.

Hotel was nice overall. The room was bare bones. Not even a bar of soap to wash your hands in the bathroom. One garbage can in the whole room and no available plugs to charge devices by the bed or desk. Sink was cracked and bathtub was extremely dangerous with not enough hand rails
