With all bedrooms on the first floor, it’s the perfect haven for friends and family to gather, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. Important Note: The guest understands that a 4% processing fee will be forfeited for any cancellations.
1. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
2. No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or events are not permitted.
3. Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional visitors must have approval from hosts.
4. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and the community.
5. No pets: Pets are not allowed on property.
6. Respect the Property: Please treat the home and its belongings with care. Report any damages immediately.
