They did not clean the room or change the sheets, make bed or anything. Only 1 elevator worked, the tub drain did not work so you could only take a shower. On Saturday afternoon kids in the room above us were jumping up and down sounded like a terrible storm outside with horrific thunder. Called front desk and they said they called them. If they did it only got worse, so we packed to leave. They did not offer to move us to another room and refund our room for Saturday, we left about 5:15 we did not feel they were going to stop jumping up and down.

First of all, the room key wouldn’t hardly work. We had to enter the room twice and had to get help from staff both times to get into the room. Then the tv kept turning off and on. The toilet got stopped up and there was a big stain on the couch. Not a good experience at all
