Overall a beautiful hotel
Beautiful place, but bit of a tourist scam. As the hotel opened a few days before our coming, some things were missing : a rack for the jackets and shoes... The heater is hard to set and is noisy. However, the staff is lovely and always ready to help. It also misses an electric plug for cars.

The bus transfer from Rovenheim train station was a doddle. Its actually called the Ski Bus and runs 4 times a day. On arrival the place was a magical winter wonderland and buzzing with activity. The beds were comfy and in the morning you could quite literally ski from your doorstep, down the slope and straight onto the ski lift. "
