The hotel was clean and tidy but is undergoing some construction (as of 6/4/26) so some of it felt unfinished. Otherwise it was perfect for me as Ljubljana is such a walkable city and it is in a good location.

We also enjoyed a free drink, which is offered if you opt to not get your room clean. The cons of this place is the air con. Its centrally controlled by the hotel, and despite it being cold outside, it was uncomfortably hot for us inside the room. The bathroom is also pretty basic and they didnt even have a conditioner. Our room was also near a pub and it was very noisy until 11. Also i didnt find the staff very helpful at the desk. The lady we spoke to felt like she didnt want to be there, and hardly explained anything when we asked for recommendations. Overall if you are looking for something central, and great breakfast, but dont mind a basic room and basic service, then this is a good spot. "
