"absolutely brilliant. In a big hot spot area of Platanias with a bust beach and restaurant area. Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews. The place was spotless, ability to stream your netflix and youtube. Great deck, giant bathroom and the breakfast was incredible and delicious!! If they had a pool area near jacuzzi it would be absolutely top notch! What a great gem to stumble upon! Staff exceptionally friendly and they actually knew they were a VIP access hotel. Most don’t or don’t care! Thank you! Keep it up!"

Everything about the property was excellent: Accommodations: The rooms were beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Dining: I was thoroughly impressed with both breakfast and lunch. The quality and variety were outstanding, making every meal a highlight of the day. Housekeeping: A special shout-out to the housekeeping team. "All inclusive and very chill. Food in main resteraunt in my opinion was very good, though some of the resteraunt dinning experiences were lack luster and would not do again. Very good for families though would be.nicer if had a program for children. At this point would recommend, though construction is a bit poor and in a few years may be run down. Had ants on balcony on third floor coming from crack in structure, and saw lots of little deterioration of the property."

"Nice resort overall. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of selection. The loungers by the main pool are hard with no cushions. Residence collection and seaside pools are comfortable but they are adults only. Pool bar staff just stand around at the bar instead of walking around to take orders. Recommend stocking up at the shop across the street and serving yourself poolside."
