Hotels.com listed room service which is why I chose this hotel with higher rates. At arrival I was told there was no room service as well as no hot tub. The drain to bathroom was broken and the fridge was leaking. Drain for fixed but fridge did not. Had to soak up with towelsWiFi didn’t work for two nights.

The hotel did not have the reservation I booked thru expedia. I had a print out so they did honor my reservation and rate but it would have been different story had they been fully booked. The fitness room was limited, the bike was very wobbly and loose. The water station didn't work and the towels were non-existent on the 2nd day.
