Sorry for this to be my first review after yrs using Travelocity. This hotel is shockingly expensive and misleading for what it is in its current state. I understand all properties need to be updated from time to time but I feel it’s bad on both Travelocity and the hotel to charge 350 for a 100 accommodation. Hallways stunk of smoke and damp dirt bc carpets were so gross you were afraid to drop something. Additionally, king bed room was a queen bed. Free breakfast was microwaved frozen egg sandwich. Bed and pillows had to have been comfortable maybe 15 years ago but completely shot. Anyway, again I can accept staying in a $100 room when I pay $100. But if a room costs $350 in the middle of south NJ it is unacceptable to offer a product of this level. Would never stay at this hotel again and reconsidering using Travelocity again bc of cost to quality offered.

I was not able to stay on the night I arrived due to over booking. The manager on duty was able to get a room for me and my family at a hotel next door (which always $299 vs. the $229 I was going to pay at the first hotel) she was able to comp the next night for us, which was very nice, and gave us a suite, the nicest room on the property. She was so very helpful the whole time, and it was so nice that she could accommodate our final night stay. I will definitely be back at this hotel even though I usually don’t stay at windham hotels, I usually stay at the Hampton inn. From now on my family and I will be staying at the windham hotel! Thanks to all who helped!
