Was called and told that they were keeping $100 of my deposit because I got my period and left a quarter sized spot of blood on the sheet. Then after I called and complained they charged an additional $90 and $60 on my card which they are refusing to remove. I had to call my bank for a chargeback. $300 for one pair of sheets is ridiculous. I trusted this site to book a hotel room, not get scammed. I’m extremely unhappy and will never book with Ramada or Wyndham again.

Wedding shenanigans

Overall everything was great. Just minor hiccups. Bathroom ceiling pealing, water pressure in shower very weak. Had to hold the Spicket nozzle to get some pressure, and door wasn’t closing properly.
