Unfortunately, when we arrived on Saturday, 8/14 @3:00pm the room was not available and we were unable to check in. We had to get ready in the first floor ladies room for a wedding that we needed to depart the hotel by 3:45pm. Not exactly what I had in mind…

The hotel is clean and safe. Definitely good quality. I wanted to make note that the staff and their care for their guests is absolutely top notch. We appreciated very much the care and concern that we received from a general manager, Chuck, as well as the front office and cleaning staff.

Great Hotel for Family Stay

Pros: cleanliness, hot breakfast, back patio, pool
Cons: No negatives
Location: 40 minutes relaxing drive to Wildwood
We stayed over labor day weekend, four adults and four kids. Staff was wonderful to accomodate us and move our rooms upon request. The hot breakfast was good. The pool was great, kids had a great time playing. The beds were comfortable and the pillows even better. We stayed here because we couldn't find a hotel in Wildwood for Labor Day Weekend, and this couldnt have worked out better. We took back roads so missed all the Parkway traffic. After getting back from the beach, we ordered dinner from nearby restaurant and ate in the back patio. Next time we go to Wildwood we would stay this hotel and do the 40 minutes drive down. Had great reception and help from Toni at the front desk throughout our stay.

The hotel is off the fast track, but the services and quality is exceptional

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
The hotel is in a prime location. The staff were very good and the rooms were very stylish and clean with very comforting mattress, and to top that, the served a breakfast with meat.

Great Stay

First of all this is one of the better locations to stay at if you are visiting the Jackson area. It is safe, convenient, and quiet inside the rooms. The staff is friendly. I stayed here twice - a little over a week apart and the staff let me know they remembered me. I appreciated that. The hotel only has one small elevator, but that's not that big of a problem. The rooms are spacious and clean, though they do tend to smell a tad musty as most hotel rooms do. The decor is up to date and nice as well. If I had to complain about something it would be that the breakfast was lacking. For starters - you have to eat it in the breakfast room. They don't want you taking it out to your room (which I prefer to do) The selection was minimal: poor quality fruit, stale bagels and bread for toast, some pastries, do -it-yourself waffles, and the makings for instant oatmeal. I think they had a tray for some sausage and ham as well but I didn't look inside it. I was dissapointed - and the woman they had refreshing the bar just crouched over the counter glaring off into space - she was the only not friendly one I saw. She made me feel very uncomfortable. Overall my stay was good and I will be in overnighting it in Jackson frequently so this is my choice hotel.
